  1. On your keyboard Press the Windows Key + R  to bring up the Run Window
  2. Type "Control Printers" in the box and click "OK"
  3. Find your Ricoh MP C3003 / 3503 - Right click it and select "Printer Properties"
  4. In the "General" tab click "Preferences"
  5. Under “Colour / Black and White:” Select the option you want to be your default. Click “Apply” and then “OK”
